Dehydrator/Smoker
Tomasi Stainless Steel Gas Whitener is used to dehydrate fruit, tomatoes, herbs among other foods. Tomasi Dehydrator/Smoker can be manufactured with galvanized or stainless steel board. It has internal perforated stainless steel belt, exhaust fan, chimney, analogical thermometer, high pressure burner, special water/ fat drawer and swivel wheels. It uses GLP to dehydrate and wood chips to smoke (bucket for wood chips is not included). It can be manufactured with electrical resistance and in special sizes upon client's request.
