Buffet with upper refrigerated shelf
With a sophisticated design and professional performance, the Tomasi Buffet with Upper Refrigerated Track was developed to enhance food presentation and ensure maximum service efficiency.
It operates through two black tempered glass tracks, capable of heating or cooling food with high efficiency and uniform temperature distribution. The upper refrigerated track keeps salads, cold cuts, and temperature-sensitive dishes at the ideal temperature, preserving freshness and quality throughout the entire display period. The lower track features an independent heated thermal module. Its robust structure, combined with a premium finish, adds elegance to any environment, making it ideal for restaurants, hotels, corporate cafeterias, and high-end foodservice operations.
The model is available in versions equivalent to 8 or 10 GN 1/2 pans, offering flexibility for different service volumes. It also includes an integrated plate module, streamlining service flow and providing greater convenience for the user.
