Technical Specifications
- Tomasi Griddles makers are AISI 430 stainless steel coated for better maintenance and cleaning;
- They work with piped gas or low pressure P-13 gas bottle;
- CCB-600 are made of 1020 steel, 3/16” thickness;
- CCB-800, CCB-1000 and CCB-1200 Griddles are made of 1020 steel, 1/4” thickness;
- CCB-1600 Griddles are made of 1020 steel, 3/8” thickness;
- Have the fat compartment on the left side and gas admission on the right side;
- The burner system has a drawer to facilitate operation.
